License

The site has a full 10 month holiday license. Holiday Lodges are not liable to council tax (as a holiday home owners must provide details of a separate permanent residential address)

Expenditure

There is an Annual Ground Rent/Service Charge, which covers:
Maintenance of common areas - Roads, drainage and utility services
Grounds maintenance – Grass cutting and landscape maintenance

If you would like us to undertake the management of your lodge on a day-to-day basis, there would be a Management fee covering:

- Administration and Guest Welcome on site
- Park Security
- Cleaning and Laundry facilities
